"Great breakfast and location. Prosecco on arrival was a great touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Made a request at reception which wasn’t followed through and also the lifts weren’t working properly for our whole stay, which caused an inconvenience. Other than that a lovely stay."

"This hotel was understaffed with trainees, which made the check-in period punishing. The restaurant was also understaffed and they did not communicate that our order of bar simple food would take 1.5 hours. When asked, they said they were backed up and offered no compensation or apologies. We would never stay here again. While affordable, the experience was terrible and a huge waste of time."
