"Let’s be straight here, this is not a guest house. It’s a house with the rooms poorly converted to bedrooms. There is no fire detection, or prevention. No secondary means if escape. My room wasn’t serviced once in the the 4 days I stopped. The description is shockingly deceptive. No WiFi, you have to provide your own loo roll and the place is very very noisy and the other guests have no consideration. "Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! "
