Lovely tastefully renovated studio, located on the 1st floor (no lift) of a secure residence, in the picturesque neighbourhood of La Chaume, at Port Olona. Ideal for 2 people, in direct proximity to the harbour, shops and restaurants. Composition of the Accommodation Living room area carefully decorated, sofa bed convertible (2x80), dining table, TV. Functional and equipped open kitchen: kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Krups coffee maker. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, storage unit, towel dryer, hairdryer, toilet. Nearby Free parking around the residence. Le Passeur maritime shuttle 5 min walk to reach the port of Sables d'Olonne by crossing the famous Vendée Globe channel. Shops, bars and restaurants a few steps away. 2 min walk from Port Olona 15 min walk from Prieuré Saint Nicolas Perfect for a relaxing stay for two, between the sea and local entertainment!
