"The first room we went in was very dirty. They don’t have complete mattresses protectors and the bed in our first room looked like someone had an accident on it. No way would I stay in there. I went and politely asked the front desk if we could change rooms and they gave us the keys to another room. The top of the bedding was all stained in the new room. The bathroom was filthy. I wiped something off the toilet to use it and decided there was no way we could stay in this disgusting filthy room. They were nice enough to give us a key to a room on the 6th floor. It smelt like pot! We contacted Expedia to help us which they did since the hotel would not give us a refund. Thanks Expedia. I do not have any idea how this hotel gets good reviews for the cleanliness. Even the headboards, wooden, were filthy. Parking was okay though and front desk fellow was polite."
