"This is a really nice small property convenient to Southwold, perfect for couple with/without up to two children. The problem we had was that it was not clean; the master bed clothes, the bathroom, the dishes and cutlery were all dirty! The booking agents offered to send their cleaners back in but that would have been very inconvenient, so we washed all the kitchen items ourselves and purchased an inexpensive duvet for the master bedroom as we would not sleep under the one provided; thankfully...
