"I stay at the Bear for a week once a year when I’m back visiting family. Always a pleasure staying there , rooms are always spotless , parking is good and Hayley and the staff always looks after me ."

"We had a lovely overnight stay here on 16/17 February. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the continental breakfast of cheese, salami, fruit and toast was delicious. We must mention the lady looking after the place for the owners - sorry that I have forgotten her name - she was super friendly and showed us the skittle alley and talked about the darts teams and the social activities they have planned. Would definitely stay here again when next in the area."
