Tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and boasting all the amenities one could wish for, it truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail in the interior design did not go unnoticed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that enhanced our overall experience. Property was a close drive to Messe fairgrounds. "The property was luxuriously spacious and airy with beautiful art and decor throughout. All the modern conveniences were available and yet it was peaceful, even cozy. The bucolic location and historic architecture were especially beautiful for us as non locals. Our host was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions and needs. It was a welcome respite in the middle of a two week tour of Germany."

"Staff lacking friendliness. Balcony to be shared with neighbour without notification or any kind of separation outside. Was locked out of my room once late in the evening after key card had not been re- activated after I previously made sure my extension had been recognised at reception twice ( sincerity received no confirmation email). Had to call an emergency number who opened the door. No apology st the reception the next morning, only after I asked for one. Hotel could have had a great review from me, was it not for this occasion, the handling of it and variety of staff attitude ( from very nice to arrogant). Breakfast was average with the same for my entire stay, tables often not set up properly. I stayed for 11 days and not sure I would stay here again. The children‘s playground, once done with love and great skill, is neglected. However, great buildings, animals around and a wonderful setting. Pity about some staff. "
