"We were in town for a soccer tournament and enjoyed being 12 min from Joyce and Optimist fields plus having great food options in downtown Hamilton. Suggest The Fringe for coffee, and Basil 1791 for dinner. The house was as pictured. Loft bedroom upstairs with sitting nook and full bath with shower. Downstairs is kitchen, living room and half bath with laundry. We did not cook, but certainly could have with the adequate equipment and utensils provided. Appreciated the extra sheets and bedding....

House was very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed from coffee to shampoo. The host is very responsive and friendly. Checkout was a breeze."

"The house was roomy and in a convenient location for our stay. Close to the highway and easy access to the local towns. Only complaint was there were minimal towels available and 1/2 bath had paper towel dispenser instead of towel bar for a hand towel, which was not the best to dry my face after nighttime washing. The thermostat automatically changed back to 63 every night, so had to keep an eye on that as it was quite chilly when we were there."

"This little place was spotless, lovely with homey touches like live plants and super soft toilet paper, blow dryers and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the beautiful showers, and comfortable mattresses. It was right next to the playground, like right there! If the weather had cooperated, the kids would have been in heaven. "The property is in a good location, but it’s old and renovation is on going, the exterior wasn’t cleaned (lot of leaves). You need to be aware that only one bathroom is available, big deal for a family stay. Everything inside was functional that’s a positive. Check out at 10am seems pretty early and a non-standard practice. When we arrived we found unlocked the front door. Great communication with the owner at all time."
