Mais le logement n'est pas un duplex climatisé seul le bas est frais, comme dit le propriétaire à l'arrivée "soit vous crevez de chaud en haut dans la chambre mezzanine, soit vous déplier le clic clac en bas pour pouvoir dormir" en essayant d'enjamber et mettre un lit bébé.. ça vaudrait la peine d'être aussi direct dans l'annonce avant que nous choisissons et payons. Attention, n'ouvrez pas le velux ce n'est pas calme la nuit contrairement a ce que dit le propriétaire (bar jusque 2h45 du matin puis tracteur de plage a 6h) et beaucoup de moustiques... qui finiront de gâcher votre sejour. il n'y a pas non plus d'alarme incendie accrochée, elle traine avec des piles non adéquates à portée des jeunes enfants dans les tiroirs du meuble tv.. Et surtout vous croiserez beaucoup le propriétaire qui reste dans les parages vous aborde sur la plage ou vous fixe 1h depuis la plage quand vous êtes dans l'eau ( sur 6 jours, seuls mardi mercredi jeudi, ont été sans contact avec le propriétaire). Surtout le pire : le propriétaire est rentré dans la location en notre absence!! en nous informant 4h après sans-avoir essayé de nous appeler 1 fois avant ou sans nous demander sachant qu'il nous avait croisé sur la plage dessous 1h avant... quelquesoit l'heure, la durée, nos affaires nos tenues, c'est inacceptable! Même pour vérifier la clim qui coule et qu'il a bricolé alors qu"il n'est pas bricoleur" et pour vous dire qu'il reaugmenté la température de la clim qui pourrait s'enflammer si vous osez la baisser! Difficile de bien dormir!! Il peut aussi sonner de façon intempestive jusqu'à ce que vous ouvriez quelque soit l'heure votre tenue. Ou le fait que vous geriez bébé. Et vous répétez de façon condescendante que c'est une question de physique la chaleur monte...(alors que vous avez un bac +7 en chimie physique donc la thermodynamique vous connaissez plus que lui ..) Globalement il y a un manque de respect: manque de transparence dans l'annonce, culot de rentrer dans la location sans demander avant malgré les nombreux contacts ou possibilités de joindre, et façon de sonner en continu à la porte jusque ce que vous ouvriez, et de parler de façon hautaine..nous n'avons pas tranquillement profité des 6 jours d'un duplex climatisé, non ce n'est pas ce logement derrière cette annonce. Autres détails : la porte des WC ne ferme pas (nouveau carrelage trop épais, pudiques abstenez-vous) la porte d'un frigo non plus et du placard en haut ##### ingrid b. Très bonne situation, petits commerces tout près, nombreux restaurants de plage, appartement charmant, bien décoré, petit mais fonctionnel. Bon accueil des proprios avec une bouteille de vin du Var. Le plus: la mer à nos pieds, la vue sur les Îles d'or depuis la petite terrasse, , l'accès facile avec le bus Zou- arrêt devant la résidence (pas toujours à l'heure), la salle d'eau de qualité. We only needed to go down the stairs to be at the beach. Bakery and Spar supermarket were close. Some minor points were an uncomfortable mattress, the smell from the chimney of the downstairs restaurant coming into the bedroom window and very poor wifi. Temps fantastique avec baignade tous les jours. L'appartement est tel que décrit avec une vue superbe sur les îles d'or. Bruit des vagues qui vous berce la nuit. Repas pris sur la terrasse face à la mer. Très bonne adresse j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir. La plage de Cavalière est magnifique avec une eau claire incroyable... Duplex superbement équipé avec goût et raffinement, on se croirait en croisière (escalier en bleu et blanc, très belle décoration en rapport avec la mer, accès direct et privatif sur la plage etc). Les commerces et les restaurants sont à portée de main. Tous les sports nautiques sur la plage. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement chaleureux et toujours à votre disposition.
