### L'Appartement Mimosas

This apartment, and the residence where it is located, were completely renovated a few years ago to bring them modernity and brightness.   
  
It can accommodate up to six people. The apartment features a bright living room with a sofa bed and a fully-equipped kitchen with countertop. There are also two bedrooms with queen-size beds and dressing rooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. It has a lovely 15m2 south-facing terrace, equipped with a table and deckchairs.  
  
Facilities: reversible air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, television, wifi, Nespresso espresso machine, toaster, kettle, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine and hairdryer.  
Linen is included in the price.  
Cot and high chair available free of charge on request.  
  
The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) of the small Résidence du Vannier. It comprises four apartments: Lavande 3 rooms on the 2nd floor, Mimosas 3 rooms on the 1st floor, Agave Studio on the 1st floor and Olivier 3 rooms on the first floor. These other apartments are also available for rent, discounted for multi-lot rentals.  
Free parking in the street above the apartment, paid parking in the street below.  
  
A Book, featuring the best restaurants, stores and leisure activities not to be missed in our beautiful region, has been carefully put together so that you can make the most of your vacation.  
  
You'll be right in the heart of downtown Le Lavandou, with its restaurants, pretty boutiques, food shops, port and not forgetting its many beaches.  
And, 4.5 km away, you can discover the medieval village of Bormes les Mimosas, dating from the 12th century and listed as one of the most beautiful sites in the Var: ochre-colored Provencal houses and shops in flower-filled alleyways overlooking the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean.  
  
The Toulon train station and the Toulon Zenith are 32 km away.  
Toulon-Hyères airport and Hyères train station are 23 km away.
