The bright living room is composed of a lounge area and equipped kitchen area and a table for 4 people. It opens onto a large furnished terrace, not overlooked. You can enjoy its two bedrooms with dressing room and two bathrooms. Independent toilet. The residence provides free access to its swimming pool (open from June to September), its pétanque courts and its tennis court. The large Lavandou market, present every Thursday morning all year round, is located at the exit of the residence. You can accommodate up to four people there. Equipment: air-conditioning in the living room and one bedroom, television, stereo, washing machine, Nespresso espresso machine. Residence with elevator, private parking available to you during your stay and free visitor parking in the residence. Household linen (i.e. sheets, bath towel, bath mat and kitchen towel) is included in the price offered to you. Travel cot and high chair loaned free of charge on request. (limited quantity, remember to reserve). A Book, offering the best restaurants, shops and leisure activities not to be missed in our beautiful region, has been carefully produced so that you can make the most of your vacation. You will be located 900m from the town center of Lavandou, its restaurants, pretty boutiques, food shops and its port and 150m from the beach. And, located 4 km away, you can discover the medieval village of Bormes les mimosas, dating from the 12th century, it is listed among the most beautiful sites in the Var: Provençal houses in ocher colors and shops in flowery streets overlooking the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean. The property is 35 km from Toulon Train Station and Zénith de Toulon. The nearest airports are Toulon-Hyères Airport and Hyères Train Station, 23 km from the property.
