"Chambre propre et moderne, le lit est bon. Gros problème avec la porte fenêtre qui ne fermait pas et on a entendu les bruits de la route toute la nuit.
L’accueil a été catastrophique, désagréable et très froid. Un homme pas fait pour ce métier.
Du coup nous avons dîné et petit déjeuné dans l’hôtel d’en face et c’était parfait, tres bon et pas chère."

The hotel was generally good and everything was well catered for. The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived and took time to get to know us and learn our names so they could greet us personally each time.
What really stood out though was on the last day my wife broke her leg and ended up in hospital and the hotel were fantastic shuffling bookings around around I could remain in the room for as long as needed and dealing directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to worry about...

Great hotel in a great location in Val-d'Isère, large car park with easy access to the hotel.
Very helpful staff, friendly and knowledgeable for places to visit in the town.
The bar and bar staff were great with games and cards available. The gym is tiny and can only hold three people before it’s full. The hotel is in close walking distance to local bars and restaurants.
Our room was large with two balconies with amazing mountain views. The bathroom was large and the room modern with great air...

We found the hotel really good. Obviously comfortable, the real difference is how friendly and useful the staff are. We loved the sumptuous breakfast and the spa is great! Thank you.

Fantastic place, really friendly staff, excellent room with nice shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend this place. Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain). Bourg is a lovely place.
