Lovely clean and comfy room.

The cleanliness, especially at this time, the attention and politeness you get from the staff and the peacefulness of the area it is set in.

I have always stayed at the hotel over the road when I have come home to visit. But after staying in that The Lawns I will be staying there in future it was very customer friendly a lovely clean place .

Everything was great from checking in to checking out. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious and comfortable and hotel had a great ambience.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, parking was easy and checking in was simple. Would happily stay again.

Clean, very well presented country house feel in town . Beds were very comfortable and linen was delightful. Lovely breakfast and lots of coffee offered and taken. Bathroom clean and plenty of towels. Javier was lovely host. Would definitely stay again.

Would highly recommend staying at the Gonalston Boutique. Not only was the room beautiful and clean, and the breakfast delicious, but the owner was the most wonderful host. She made us feel very welcome and was lovely to chat with. My only disappointment is with myself, that I did not discover this excellent place sooner! We will definitely be back. Perfect in every way, great location lovely gardens rooms were spacious and spotless and the continental breakfast was plentifull. The hosts live on the site and Kerry made us feel very welcome on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended and look forward to staying again very soon.

Stayed for three nights while visiting relatives in Lincoln. Surprised! Excited! Thrilled with the size of bed, the space to move, the bathroom facilities, the wholeness it created for a traveller on the move.

Great location, easy to book in and facilities great for the price, would stop again

We had a brilliant stay at Brampton Dales Farm B&B, a working farm on the outskirts of the village of Upton. After a warm welcome from the owners and their many animal friends, we settled into a cosy, detached outbuilding of our own. We were given good advice on restaurants and local points of interest. Breakfast was plentiful and Hugh's homemade bread was magnificent! Thank you for a memorable break!

This is our fourth time staying here. Whenever we are visiting relatives in the area we always try and book here. It is such a lovely location and the rooms are beautifully furnished and the facilities are spot on.

As a regular user this hotel and staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive, this is why I keep returning.

I had planned to stay in Lincoln city centre (visiting daughter at uni) but found Woodcocks on the hotels.com website and liked the look of it, and the price. It didn't disappoint - lovely room, great setting in rural surroundings but 10 minutes into town, easy access and parking, warm welcome and service and a bar with darts/pool etc to round off the evening. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved my stay at The Duke William, the staff were super friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean & quiet, however I don’t think it would be quiet in summer as the room (#2) overlooks the garden which is actually the beer garden. However there were other rooms that didn’t face the garden. Be warned though it’s at the top of a very steep hill, I walked from the train station, pretty hard going pulling a suitcase.

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff, would definitely stay again and would highly recommend
