"Lovely old property, lots of character and charm. Staff are friendly and welcoming, some I feel are under pressure from senior management, It feels like they are short staffed. Which adds pressure to the rest. But they cope with a smile. Be nice to see more staff which would definitely increase the customer experience and enjoyment. Quiet in the room despite not being far from the main road. Helpful that Sainsbury’s is only a five minute walk away, but don’t forget to log your car on the iPads in reception before popping to the shop. "
