"This well-situated hotel was a great find. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, clean and regularly refreshed with a great view over the Opera House forecourt . Breakfast was included with our room and was both plentiful, full of choice and healthy. I would definitely book there again if we came to Rome."

"We were not offered nor told where to have breakfast. The room was poorly maintained. Floor boards need replacing, bathroom counters could be cleaner. Shower leaks into the bathroom and soaks the floor. There is barely enough floor pace to open a large suitcase. The limo service the hotel uses had a vehicle that is clearly falling apart, the rear view mirror was held by tape that kept falling off while the driver was driving. His right hand was on the mirror, left hand was on the steering wheel while driving on the highway. It was a very scary ride."

"We went to check in and I was told we needed to pay 30 Euros more as the reservation only showed up in the system as one person. I always book as two people. The rate was already $255 Canadian so I was not paying more. They conceded and we didn't have to pay anymore. Checked into the room and there was minimal power available. There was a card system on the wall and the key card we had been given wasn't the right one. Took contacting the front desk three times to rectify the situation. The room temperature was 24.5 C and you couldn't adjust the temperature. You had to open the window. Went to get a shower and there was no hot water, not even luke warm. Mentioned that when we checked out and we were told it was a maintenance issue and was the whole hotel. We had talked to a couple at breakfast who had been there a few days and they had no issues with hot water at all. The room was clean and it was a great location. Breakfast was good. Overall very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Basically we were told it is what it is. We were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience of no hot water."
