We booked with Expedia and when we arrived in Rome the directions take you to an unmanned office across the street from the actual hotel Very confusing especially if you don’t speak Italian

L'hôtel est près de tout, Colisée, Panthéon, Fontaine de trévi, métro pour se rendre au Vatican très proche. L'hôtel n'est pas grand, il n'y a pas de réceptionniste, elle est là le matin pour faire le ménage et servir le déjeuner, l'hôtel est propre, la chambre aussi.

The hotel is 5-10minutes from main train station. The staff were very welcoming and we were able to leave our cases before our room was ready. The hotel is small and on one floor of a building but there is a lift to the floor. Our room was lovely with everything we needed, complimentary wine and water, a fridge and hot tub in the room and sauna down the hall. The breakfast was brought to our room, toast, juice, pastries and fruit, very simple but good, tea or coffee. There is tea and coffee facilities in the hall 24 hrs I would use this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Me gusto la ubicación del hotel así como la atención del personal, siempre estuvieron en comunicación conmigo. Esta muy cercano a la estación de tren Termini, puedes encontrar restaurantes cerca y las atracciones tambien. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Limpieza y comodidad muy bien. Las habitaciones muy limpias!!
