The locals were so friendly - my husband talked to a neighbor every day on his walk. Then she knocked on our door with some dried figs from the tree we had been walking by.! "Wonderful quiet location, 15 mins drive from Vela Luka. Nadija and Peter made us so welcome, thank you. The island is scenic and beautiful and Korcula town well worth a visit. Would thoroughly recommend but car hire fairly essential, but easy to arrange through agencies in Vela Luka. We hope to return!"
