Hotel close to strip

Posted 02-Dec-2016
Basic hotel for a night, don't expect too much for amenities. Long walk to parking unless you want to valet park and wait..

Not as good as it use to be

Posted 01-Dec-2016
Pros: The front desk people were very friendly
Cons: Room cleanliness. Don't think the sheets were changed
Location: Great location to shops
The Spice market buffet isn't as good as it use to be. It was pricey around $40 per person for dinner and snow crab was the fanciest item on the menu. Not worth it.

Very central. Good location.

Very good experience. Located very close to many restaurants. The hotel had many restaurants on main floor. Lots of shopping options available. Good place to go if you have children.

Location, Location, Location

Staff was helpful, rooms were average at best. Hotel needs up keeping possibly renovations. Seemed over priced and was below my expectations. I was told I would have a room facing the strip and got a room facing the end of the strip right above one of the hotel roofs on the 7th floor. The location is the best thing about this hotel. I'll be staying elsewhere on my next visit to Las Vegas.

Not a great experience

Posted 29-Nov-2016
as per all casinos they have started this "resort fee" which adds up - don't know why - guess because it keeps you r initial booking look reasonable - outr "VIP" room was just a regular room - no fridge broken hinges on doors and several lights not working - skip this hotel/casino!

Nice hotel good location on the strip-good value

Posted 29-Nov-2016
Everyone we dealt with was great except the one bartender who would not even give one of our party a glass of water and he offered to pay for it. Restaurants were great-spice market buffet was good and Gordon Ramsey's burgr was excellent! We had a party of 10 and no one mentioned auto tipping for s large party-the service was good but the server enddd up with a much larger tip -gives you a sour taste over that point

Ok for the price. It was ok experience...Expensive fees and couldnt use the pool because it was too cold. Maybe they should lower the fees because the pool cannot be used in November and on...It feels and looks old. The wifi is only available for 2 devices only per room.

Great location, clean, and quite.

Posted 29-Nov-2016
Pros: Everything
Great location in middle of strip. We had a great room with a mountain view which meant we had a quite room which is what we requested on arrival. Room was spacious, clean and great for a family. Staff were helpful, friendly and check in was quick. Parking was hard to find but we were prepared due to previous comments. The check in was very close (just inside the doors) to parking check-in.

The stay at Planet Hollywood was great. The staff at the check-in was very friendly. The room was recently remodeled and very clean, we stayed at the "Ultra Hip Room". Also, the hotel amenities were great.
