Good Hotel and location

The staff was very nice, they upgraded our room when they no longer had the type of room that I had reserved. Check out was easy, just had some wear and tear on carpet. All in all I will stay again.

I loved the comfortable beds.. But they need to have a coffee maker in the room.. I hate waking up at 6 to go que for a cup of coffee

No Thrills PH

Pros: Checking in was smooth and quick, bell service was excellant.
Cons: Rooms need a complete make-over, need refrig and coffee maker, too. Casino needs toi improve on its smoke cleaners.
Location: Location is excellant as it is in the middle of the Strip and had the Mile of Shops adjacent to the hotel. PF Changs is highly recommended.
Check-in was smooth and we had connecting rooms as requested. But the rooms where in poor condition with no extras. No refrigerator (bar type), no coffee or tea maker. Maid only cleaned once during our 3 day stay and that was after I requested it. For the South tower the elevators were extremely slow as if only one or two of the eight were in service. We have stayed at PH before and it appears that this place is slowly going downhill. But I give a 5 star salute to the bell service both checking in and leaving.

Pros: Starbucks, great location.
Cons: Staff could be friendlier, more efficient check in.
The hotel looked nice enough and was in a really great location for visiting the strip. The staff were very unfriendly, and even rude. The check in process took about 45 minutes, the longest I've ever experienced. It was like an airport, and I got the feeling this was normal. The room looked nice and was very modern, but the furniture was damaged. The pool area was a bit disappointing, as there was limited seating without paying extra, was littered with empty beer cans and used towels. The hot tub was the same temperature as the pool which seemed pointless. I did like the convenient location, and a Starbucks in the lobby.

Pros: Starbucks in lobby always a plus. Nearby to shopping and restaurants on the strip. Enjoyed our time at Koi Lounge, very small intimate setting.
Cons: Check-in speed.
Location: Our room had a great view of the Bellagio fountains.
Had no issues with stay. Rooms, hallways, staff all pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay. There was some noticeable wear and tear on the carpet and upholstery. Bed was comfortable.
