"It’s Vegas, you expect some grime a little bit of nasty. But I expect the hotel to be of higher standards especially on the strip. Phone didn’t work, bell desk lost our bags making us late for a reservation. No early check in on a Thursday. Rooms are dated and fixtures are cheap or broken."
