"There was a event on the first night, some guests stayed at the hotel. The couple in the room next to hours decided to knock on the door loudly for about 15 minutes. I had to tell her to stop. The phone to call the receptionist had no line, so I had to walk to advise them of the situation in the rain. I did pay for an upgrade to move to another room with pool. No incidents after the move."
