"Shout out to Rodrigo( server in the bar, lobby, and buffet area) who went out of his way to always smile, be helpful, and ensure our family felt welcomed at all times while visiting this beautiful hotel! It's employees like Rodrigo that really stand out and make a difference while the boss is not looking. Hopefully Rodrigo is acknowledged for a job well done because he really cares that guests receive topo notch service. The hotel is clean and very convenient. In addition, the beds are super comfortable and the A/C will make you never want the leave the room! Good job! Would recommend : )"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Es de las mejores experiencias que he tenido alquilando una propiedad para vacacionar. Desde el principio la experiencia fue muy agradable, porque al llegar el administrador nos espero casi hasta las 7 P.M. y nos llevó de la mano hasta el Departamento. Se encontraba en condiciones muy limpias muy bien decorado con todos los servicios, para cocinar, lavar la ropa, agua, gratis, todo lo que una Casa necesita para recibirte de una forma confortable, tiene dos habitaciones. La principal tiene baño, In suite, balcón precioso, y la otra habitación tiene dos camas individuales, un poco pequeñas, pero muy cómodas, tiene también una terraza, extremadamente agradable y que incluso tiene una mini piscina privada para pasar un rato muy relajado, tiene aire acondicionado, realmente fue excepcional nuestra experiencia. Solamente al final en la última noche se fue el agua, pero se resolvió en aproximadamente una hora y media el problema.También la ubicación es excepcional, porque está aún unos pasos de la playa Santa cruz. Entonces es casi tener la experiencia de un All inclusive. Recomendado 100%."

"I cannot think of anything that could have made our vacation more perfect. It was my husband and I with our three children and their families - 13 of us in total. The way the rooms are set up each family had their own suite. It was like a 5 star all inclusive but we rented the entire resort! The staff treated us like royalty. Flora prepared 3 wonderful meals a day for us. She was accommodating to all of our food restrictions and made sure there was always something for the kids. Grisel is a beautiful person inside and out and was so attentive to our needs. Plus she makes great Margarita’s! I tell you, it was hard to leave this royal lifestyle behind . . A person can get pretty used to being spoiled. I would liked to have brought Grisel, Flora, and Emelia home with me. They do not speak English, so Google Translate worked well for communicating. The location of the villa is great. It is like having your own private place in an ocean side jungle. The pool area is awesome, the beach was fun (would not recommend swimming in the ocean though - Grisel said it would not be safe). The ocean breezes were lovely and took the edge off of the heat. Lots of outdoor lounging areas to just relax and enjoy. Again, it was a perfect family vacation and I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to go to Huatulco with a large number of people. With 13 of us there was still one room we did not use."

"Room was perfect, view was exceptional… we had the best time so many great restaurants all in walking distance. Only draw back was elevator stopped working half way through our week and we had to walk up 4 levels multiple times a day. Would stay again in a heart beat though truly loved it."
