"The hotel provides a shuttle (leaves every 30 minutes) from either the airport to the hotel, or the hotel to the airport. The hotel's desk inside Terminal 1 tells you where to wait for the shuttle, so there's no confusion. It was wonderful how they have staff ready to unload luggage from the shuttle once you get to the hotel. I got an upgrade when checking in. The room was spacious and very clean, and they provided courtesy drinking water in the room. "
"The hotel is very close to the airport, there are free shuttle buses every 15 minutes from early morning to late night. I reached the hotel from Kowloon railway station via Airport Express line, getting of at the Asia Expro Station. The room was clean and comfortable, good for one night stay. "
"I really like the complimentary shuttle service to Citygate and back to the hotel—it’s very convenient. They now also offer a shuttle to Disneyland for an extra charge, which is especially helpful if you’re traveling with kids. There are also a few restaurants just across the street, which is a nice bonus. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making our stay even better. We love the ocean view!
