"The property was well kept. Room was very clean, comfy, cozy and quiet - with all amenities needed. The included breakfast was very satisfying and cooked to perfection. Even though hot chocolate was not on the menu, was provided at request and most delicious. Being greeted at the train station was an incredible help after a long journey. "Brilliant location. Short walk to St Michael's Mount and short 2 mile bus ride into Penzance. Room was very clean and the breakfasts are incredible. Staff couldn't do enough and were super friendly. Had a great laugh with the locals. The best bit is the price..... Way cheaper than everywhere else so incredible value for money. Mexico Inn is across the road a nd does great food. Also the CuttySark in Marazion."

"Hosts Jan and Peter were fab and made you feel at home straight away. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean with kettle, tea and coffee. The fridge was replenished every day with water, milk fruit juice and other breakfast items. Beechwood house is ideally positioned for bus and train into St Ives with some local restaurants locally. We will be definitely returning in the future."
