"The carpet in the bedroom was lightly stained, but it smelled like it was shampooed before my stay. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and mattress smelled freshly laundered. Super hot strong shower was a plus. Overall, the experience was really great and the host was accommodating. Will rent again. "

"-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch."

"Kitchen was equipped for cooking, could use maybe one more pan. Other than that this is the perfect stay for downtown Tampa; was able to get to all locations within 10 minutes and it was quiet and nice neighborhood. "
