Leave trash tied up in your bedroom. Please do not put your trash outside the house as loose trash will not be collected and may result in a resort violation. 

Please leave the hair dryer and the towels that we provided inside your bathroom. If you loved our towels or our hair dryer, the cost is $20 for each towel and $40 for the hair dryer. 

Please wash your own dishes and put it back inside the closet in your room after drying. Otherwise, we are happy to take care of it for you for an additional cleaning fee of $25\.

I left briefly after I arrived because there was people there & she did not try to work with me it was very frustrating while trying to get in contact with her she kept picking up & hanging up on my face even multiple attempts of Expedia contacting her I didn’t want a full refund because I understand her policy but she didn’t try to work with me for a solution.
