Quiet Oasis in Lovely Neighborhood

We are 10 minutes south of downtown Orlando in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. ORMC, Arnold Palmer, and Winnie Palmer Hospitals are just 2.6 miles away, or 10 minutes by vehicle. Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes away, and we are within a few minutes of all major transportation arteries. Universal and the Convention Center are about 20 minutes away and Disney is about 30 minutes.

The space: A Mother-in-Law Suite with a private entrance to a large non-smoking bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom overlooking the pool and hot tub. The room is large enough to accommodate an air mattress for children. Pool, hot tub, & laundry facilities available. Well behaved pets under 25 pounds are welcome with a daily $10.00 pet fee per animal and no more than two pets. Smoking of any kind inside is prohibited, but allowed within the screened pool area; cigars please outside.

Guest access: Private entrance direct to the mother-in law suite by access code to electronic lock, separated from main living area by a laundry room which you may use if desired. Contact Bunker at (407) 883-5399 for your code.

Anniversary Getaway

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our anniversary over Memorial Day Weekend. Homeowner was onsite and very helpful. Pool and back patio were spacious and everything we needed for some R&R. The house is in a great neighborhood and close to many restaurant options and our main draw of Leu Gardens (my wife loves plants and nature).

Amazing stay!

My tip to Orlando was made even better because of this stay! Bunker was very hospitable and having use of the pool and hot tub was amazing. Comfy, clean, would highly recommend!

We stayed 2 nights and it couldn't have been more perfect. Bunker is an amazing host. I was ill the day we were to check out. I texted and asked if we could check out an hour or two late. Not only did he allow us 2 hours he asked if there was anything he could do to help me. I hope to stay here again.

Great for long-term stay

Booked this property for a six-week stay as part of a Florida snow bird trip. Was perfect for what I needed as a digital nomad just trying to escape the cold and visit Universal on the weekends. Space was clean and hosts were friendly and communicative. Very safe neighborhood - no concerns as a solo female traveler.I had my car with me so food was not an issue with the limited appliances but if you won’t have a car and will be spending a lot of time at the property it is something to consider.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hospitality was top-notch, and the property was impeccably clean. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub. The neighborhood was excellent—quiet, safe, and conveniently located. Everything we wanted to do was within a 20-minute drive, making it the perfect base for our trip. Hurricane Milton Refuge

We felt safe in an established neighborhood of beautiful brick homes, and realized how close we were to many attractions. The host was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend if you plan on visiting the area:)
