The staff person we interacted with was excellent, beyond helpful. So nice. We understand they are in the middle of construction, but, the room had an unclean smell and there were dusty potato chips on the floor between the bed and the nightstand. Disappointing.

Great place for a quick one night stay
Do NOT expect much from this place. Its old and worn but it worked for us to stop and sleep for 6 hours. The staff was very nice though. We didn't shower as the shower wasnt cleaned. There was hair all over the bottom and sides of the tub. The sink was gross too. We got food from the olive garden across the street....DONT DO IT...so gross. But, it provided us a place to just sleep and go

Good clean room for the money. Courteous attentive staff. Hot water for shower was luke warm at best, and all coffee pods in room were decaf. No regular. However, they had good coffee in the lobby breakfast area.

Quality Inn 4⭐️
Room was clean. Bed mattress & pillows were extremely comfortable. Location is quiet. Don’t hear any I-80 traffic as you do with other hotels just South of this location.

This hotel am I better be named affordable Inn. The quality definitely was mediocre, the breakfast was OK, but there was paint peeling in the shower, and general areas of disrepair, such as the vending machine that was working, but had a note, letting you know it was no longer refrigerated.

Property is visibly run down both inside and out. Carpets were not clean in the room, hallways or stairwells. There was a long black hair in our shower. No handicap access at the front entrance. Breakfast was subpar. Staff was making the best of a poor situation.

I normally stay at Holiday Inn Express, as a rule, because their beds are so comfy. There was one next door but it was double the price, so i chose this place instead. The bed was just as comfy. The staff was friendly. I own a cleaning business, and i approve of their level of clean. Note though the free breakfast has no eggs or meat but the waffles were great!

The hotel was nice. The person at the front desk was very helpful in getting us checked in. She was great in assisting us with making sure we had the best room for us and got us all the things we needed to be comfortable in the room. Very good customer service!

Property is NOT as advertised! Smells, dirty, unprofessional. In really bad need of updates. Rooms are small with furniture that looks to be from 70s. Lobby and bulding itself along with rooms do not look anything like what is shown in pictures. I told the person at the desk thus and that i wanted my mkney back. He told me it wasn't taken out but juat a hold eas placed. This was a lie! Money was taken out for full amount, no refund issued! Will be calling tomorrow to get my money refunded immediately. Considering contacting their corporate and bbb. Do not stay here!!

I'm sorry that you feel this way, but as I explained to you, a hold was placed on your funds and we released that and now it is up to your bank to release it on their end, this can take 10-14 business days and it has only been 4 business days.

Great hotel 🙂
A great hotel. We arrived early and was allowed to check in early. When they realized that we had a handicapped room they came out to our car to help unload. I have oxygen tanks and the help was greatly appreciated. They Evan helped my husband push the luggage cart to our room. The bed was so comfortable and pillows were perfect. Very clean room. Everyone that we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay.
Was a nice place to stay. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was very good. Once A/C was running it was comfortable. Room was little humid but not too bad. Would stay again. Staff was friendly.
