What is special about it is the spaciousness and nicely decorated rooms including very comfortable beds and linens . The kitchen is stocked with all one needs to barbecue in the shaded back yard on elegant patio furniture . The kids enjoyed the game room and played cornhole in the back yard. It’s close to restaurants and the marina park. The hosts were great with communication and ensuring we had anything and everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to stay in Ventura!"

"We had a great weekend at the house and enjoyed our time in Santa Barbara! As the reviews say, the kitchen is pretty minimal. The coffee pot needs to be cleaned, could use more towels in kitchen and bathrooms, and there was trash outside/leaves all over the patio. All in all would stay here again!"

"We love this house, the view and location and we had a great time. But, given the price, you expect the house to have decent furnishings. The rug downstairs was filthy and the upstairs couch was not clean and the house needs other updates. The house had been cleaned but the furnishings seemed overused and unclean. We hope the owners will inspect their property and refresh their furnishings because we would love to come back."
