I also didn't realize they have bicycles for guests to use during your stay. Conveniently located with eateries, shops and train stations all within walking distance. Very polite and helpful staff. Most spoke fairly good English. A lovely lounge that provides breakfast for all in-house guests with the option of having breakfast at other Enso Ango hotels in the vicinity. The lounge also provides coffee /tea and snacks throughout the day and serves wine/sake at happy hour without charge. The hotel also has self service laundrette located on two seperate floors. Only setback is housekeeping services is a little inconsistent.
