It was clean, well outfitted, sufficiently spacious, with comfortable beds/seating, and having in room laundry facilities was great. It’s a short walk to Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, two train stops, and a lot of food/coffee/shop options. The location is perfect if you want easy access to Fushimi Inari Taisha and transportation (less than 10 min to Kyoto station). The rooms were quite big compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan! The washing machine was a big plus for a long stay. Beds were comfy (on the firm side) and other included amenities were very nice as well. Self check in/out was very easy. Definitely recommend! Definitely let the staff know if you use luggage delivery as the entrance was hard to find for the service. The self check-in it's a very useful feature. Well appointed. Just notice that there's NOTHING past 7 on around. NOTHING. A few restaurants but... Ans it's quite a dark block it is at. It's a little dusty. The windows, the table by the bed and the air conditioning are dusty. It was the best hotel in Japan that we have stayed so far. The room was great, very clean and very well equipped. The QR code check in was quick and easy. Everything was really organised and well thought of the needs of guests like instructions, amenities as well as our favourite a fantastic washing machine. It washes as well as work as a dryer. The location is great too. Very near to Fushimi Inari shrine, so we could visit it so early in the morning, beating the crowds. Both Fushimi Inari and Inari station are in the proximity. The room was spacious and comfortable with good sized, cosy beds. It’s an easy walk from both the local and the JR stations. There are convenience stores and eating places close by. The only thing I would have liked to know in advance is that there is no lift. At nearly 70 I am a bit old to be lugging a heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs!
