Oyama-San is very sweet. The Hostel is family run and feels like home. Ms Oyama upgraded our room to make sure that all 6 of us we comfortable.

주인분이 한국어 사용이 가능하셔서 어머니같이 편안하게 챙겨주십니다. 정감있는 숙박업소로 이용에도 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 주변 지역도 깨끗하고 조용하며 기차도 환승요금없이 시내중심부로 쉽게 들어갈 수 있습니다.

普通のホテルに宿泊した方がお得です！

テレビは無いです。 お風呂が無くてシャワーのみです。 駐車場別途１日1000円。 温泉紹介料別途2400円。 サービスは全て有料ですので、ゲストハウスの方と関わらないようにしましょう。

交通至便で雰囲気のいいゲストハウス

部屋も綺麗で、ゆっくり過ごせました。駅近ですし、コンビニや飲食店も近いので、とても便利です。機会があればまた泊まりたいです。

周辺が便利

周辺は住宅街で治安は悪くなく、コンビニもすぐ近くにあるので、買い物も行きやすい。駅もすぐ近くなので、観光に利用するならもってこいだと思う。 部屋はベッドと机、テレビだけだが、一通りアメニティも揃えてくれている。ただし、ゲストハウスという性質上、他の宿泊者と頻繁に鉢合わせるし、風呂などが共用であることに抵抗が無いならばオススメする。

ゆっくりできる宿

清潔で居心地が良いです。湯船付きの風呂が2、シャワールームが2、トイレが4つあります。ベッドも清潔で寝心地がよく、ぐっすり眠れます。水が美味しいです。近くにはコンビニやスーパー、パン屋等あります。

게스트 하우스를 호텔과 같은 수준으로 평가할 수는 없겠죠. 한국인 입장에서 주인 아주머니의 친절함이 좋았습니다. 전철 역에서 가까웠던 점도 만족스러웠던 점 중에 하나였습니다.

Don’t do it.

Couldn’t arrange late check-in despite the booking saying late access available until midnight and we called ahead. They cancelled our booking without letting us know and refused a refund. They then wanted us to pay an additional 300,000 yen if we wanted to stay. Last minute did noting to assist and now we are stranded without accom and 210,000 yen out of pocket. Obviously avoid.

Awesome guest house!!!

We booked for two nights but ended up staying 4 nights instead. What a little gem! Best place to stay. Free hot showers, cooking facilities, super friendly and helpful hosts, rooftop terrace, washing/drying machines. Fantastic guest house! :)

교통편이 안좋고 깨끗하지 않고 공용욕실 및 화장실이 불편

교통편이 불편하고 숙박시설도 좋지 않고 주인이 동남아분이셔서 현지 교통도 잘 모르고 편하지 않았음. 주말이라 다른 곳은 방이 없어서 어쩔 수 없이 예약함. 공용 욕실과 공용화장실을 사용해야 하는데 사용이 편리 하지 않았음.

嵐山に近い

嵐山散策には好立地。ホテル内部は、ホテルではなく、民家。素泊りならいい。受付は、外国人の方で、日本語はほとんど通じませでした。英語が話せる方は、大丈夫ですが、、、。そのせいか、チェックイン、チェックアウトがよくわからず、時間がかかりました。

Scam hotel/guest house

Worst experience EVER in all my extensive travels. No heat; aggressive unfriendly landlady who promised to cancel reservation and didn't; run down shabby looking house and interior; neighborhood the same; very difficult to find. Unfriendly money-hungry Landlady charges for EVERYTHING including items small and not listed as requiring payment, felt like I was being scammed (and have spent lots of previous time in Japan). EVERY other place I have stayed in Japan has been wonderful and helpful. STAY AWAY!

酒店交通还算方便，环境清洁，物有所值，免费使用各类厨房用具

酒店女老板是在日几十年生活的韩国人，居然没有被日本优质服务环境所熏陶，有爱来不来的脾气。我因为不熟悉去酒店的路及手机电用完，无法及时与店家联系，到达酒店时超过了23:00点的规定入店时间，老板根本不听解释不说，还回话，这是你的事。硬是不由分说按规定收取延时金1000日币！这与日本以人为本的精神不符合。然后带着我在店内转了一圈作了介绍，再然后直到我住了2晚离店，就没见老板娘的影子。

Too many hidden fees

Arrive late, there is a fee. For the air conditioning, there is a fee for that. Want to borrow a bike, there is a fee. Planned a Kay minute trip with my cousin which is why I had to choose this place as it was the only one remaining that is affordable. Will never stay there again. The next hostel that I know in Tokyo is Utano Youth Hostel.
