Everything was exceptional. There were so many amenities and the staff was so patient with our very limited Japanese. They even let us check our bags after checkout so we could leave later, and arranged for a shuttle to Kyoto Station! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Kyoto.
Great location, helpful and seasoned staff (unlike many establishments in Japan that are run by children). It is not a new or modern hotel but everything is well kept and the rooms were comfortable. I would stay here again.
Lovely hotel well situated to get around in Kyoto and walking distance to Imperial Palace. Lots of food places around to eat. Nice little pub called the Dublin near hotel.
Lovely courteous staff and nice hotel room and amenities. Would definitely recommend
