My personal experience was good. The only issue, I didn't experience myself. I smoke, so when I woke up I went down to the smoking area at around 6AM. In the smoking area I encountered a young man from Korea, I'm from the US and do not speak Korean, his English was very good. The issue was that he had left his room card in his room and there was no one at the desk. When I went back to the smoking area again at 07:30, he was still there and still no one at the desk and he told me he could not reach anyone by phone. When I left for the day at 08:30, there was someone at the desk and he was gone. Possibly this was an isolated incident, but 24 hour desk service would be helpful. My own experience was very good. Very clean. Bus stop right across the street and a short walk to the train station and restaurants.

コスパ、立地もいいと思います。連泊でしたが、タオルだけでも交換してくれると思い込んでましたが、されておらず残念。２日目に気づいたのですが、タオル交換お願いするメッセージカードを掛けておくようでしたが宿泊した部屋にはメッセージカード自体ありませんでした。

The hotel is in walking distance from the train station. It provides a simple kitchen where quests can make some simple foods although there are not many restaurants nearby.

高瀬川にほぼ面してる。ただそれが素晴らしかった。窓から高瀬川が一筋先にみえます。桜の花びらが散る光がきらめく小川を恍惚とながめていたらmurmur coffee kyotoという川に面した素敵なカフェに巡り合ってご機嫌でした。　ホテルは京都駅から１０分ほどもあるくけど、途中に古い京都の細路地があって、その路地には昔から営まれてる畳屋さん、小道具屋さん、仏具や、小さなお寺、小さな旅館もあって目をたのしませてくれた。ホテルは普通だったけど周囲が雰囲気あってよかったです。
