I got free towels everyday and laundry was just only 200 Yen for the laundry pods. The hostess (I'm sad I didn't get her name) was nice and kind as to show me how everything works. Japanese isn't required but it was nice for me to practice some of it with her. Mostly quiet but it's impossible to close the room door without making a noise that everyone can easily hear. Was not used to waking 3 flights down to take a shower, no hanger for towels at the public washing basin and inside pf public toilet, and no TV. But after a couple of days I got used to it and it was OK. Location very convenient ot subways and buses. Staff were super friendly and it was very clean. However, if you are used to a softer or thicker mattress, the beds will hurt your back. My partner and I were in a lot of pain after our stay because of the bed and pillow. なんと素晴らしい！！ 本当に快適に過ごせました。女性の4人部屋を使用しました。同室の人は外国人達だったのですが、皆と仲良くおしゃべりしました。1回目は夜中に鍵の解錠に手間取っていた台湾ガールを昔取った杵柄、お手伝いしました。翌朝出発時間に遅れそうなほど会話。今回の2回目はドイツからのお嬢さん、本当に楽しく爆笑！彼女の独学の日本語もまた楽し。メンバーは時の運ですが、施設が一番素晴らしい。オーナーの人柄も含め、清潔感、機能性、ロケーション、普段はゲストハウス、ユースホステルには宿泊しないのですが(年齢的に笑)なんかいいですね、癖になりそうです。私は未使用でしたが、ランドリーも便利そう。シャワーも快適、キッチンも調味料、ティーの用意、ゴミの選別、リビングも良い、屋上からの見晴らし、清水さん、比叡山、京都タワー、 近所の昔ながらの喫茶店etc.良い思い出ができました。バスも1本で10分少々で東山へ到達、素晴らしい。また機会があれば 利用したいと思っています。ありがとうございました!
