Great stay! The hotel is located within walking distance to the station, making commute convenient. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast—it was delicious with a wide choice of items to pick from every morning. Highly recommended!

Good Hotel and location to explore Kyoto sites. Nice Onsen. Room small but can move with normal luggage. Only thing missing was free water, coffee and tea in reception like many other hotels provide

Almont is an easy walk from Kyoto Station, yet a world away--quiet, sleek, with staff who are attentive to every detail. I have been staying here every number of months for a number of years now, and this property is still my favorite. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at the Almont Hotel Kyoto! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to Kyoto Station, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The natural hot spring bath (onsen) was wonderful and a perfect way to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of delicious options. We highly recommend purchasing breakfast with your stay — it was well worth it! Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent service, great amenities, and a convenient location. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto!
