"Beautiful, convenient located hotel. Staff were warm and welcoming. Bakery at hotel was wonderful. My only suggestion would have more variety with the buffet breakfast -there were a lot of egg dishes that were ok and not a great variety of fruit.The sister hotel in Tokyo had an amazing buffet breakfast that included fish ,chicken ,abundance of fresh fruit. I would recommend this hotel as it was super easy to get around ,wonderful staff and exceptionally clean."

"Room was decent in size, clean, with comfortable beds ( we stayed in a triple room). There were free toiletries. One thing I didn’t like was there was no microwave in the room. It was located on the 9th floor, shared by everybody. Plus there was no iron inside the room, you need to borrow it from the front desk. We didn’t avail of the breakfast buffet bec it was pricey. We buy our food from the 2 supermarkets just steps away from the hotel, which is for me, the best thing about this hotel. Plus it is just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride to the shopping district in kawaramachi area. Over all this is a great hotel. I would recommend it to anybody."

"Great location, centrally located to all the stations and bus stops, as well as shopping centers and street markets. Staff was helpful and polite. Location provides laundry services but did not have self-service laundromat, however there are at least 2 independent self-service laundromats within 15 mins walking distance."

"Loved the location and excellent customer service from the staff. Room was small as expected as we had 3 single beds. No sitting area or shelves. Appreciated having new PJs every day and free mineral water. Would be nice if the water was placed in the fridge. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap all had a very nice calming scent. No soap in the separate toilet which was odd. No on-site laundry available."
