The room was a suite. The only drawback was the noise since my room was on the 2nd floor adjacent to the expressway. Great location. Plenty of restaurants and malls next to the hotel. I highly recommend for anyone not needing to stay in KLCC.

1. The room is too close to the highway. Noisy! 2. Sign of leaking from unit above. Though repaired but not touched up properly. Sign of molds is visible. 3. Shower room does not have dedicated place to keep the shampoo & shower gell. Imagine have to put them on the floor during shower!

This is a great location. Lots of eateries and good food. The Jin Xuan Restuarant nearby has very good Tim Sum. The room is comfortable. I like the space. There are two aircon units which is great for hot weather in Malaysia. There are 2 TVs which is unexpected. The bed is comfortable. The cleanliness could be improved. Example the tap had soap marks when I checked in. The hair dryer coil was very dusty. The wooden floor was a little bit sticky on first day. It would be better if bedroom slippers can be provided. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

Clean and comfortable stay!
spacious room, clean and smell good. The bed is comfy with both soft and hard pillows. Lobby is rather small with limited seating but it doesn’t bother me. Breakfast selection is simple as it is an express hotel. The room was tidied up everyday during my stay. Location of the hotel is superb!

The room smell of mould. Wardrobe door is giving way. Bathroom is extremely dirty especially at shower cubicle and walls are full of mildew and grime. The wooden flooring at bathroom entrance are rotten. Informed the staff at reception to clean up the toilet and they just gave me a smirk. First stay and it’ll be the last.

Nice place for business person.
Over all nice. Very comfortable and clean. It is a nice place for business trip. But the room is a little bit noisy due to running car out of window. It made me uncomfortable.

It is time to renovate the hotel rooms
I have stayed in this hotel for years. Sadly the owner did not maintain the property over the years. When I checked in early this week, there was cockroach in the bathroom. The aircon is noisy and the interior looks old. Bottled water with a max of 2 per day. Additional water need to pay extra.

Hope to see improvement
Have been booking The Signature Hotel for the past 4-5 years. A loyal customer to this hotel. It was really a good, clean and comfortable hotel for short trip. However, I think the management need to renovate or touch up or deep cleaning of the hotel room as many areas are getting too old..especially for toilet, the bathroom tiles are dirty, mouldy….I will come back for sure if the hotel renovates. The guard or cleaner using walky talky outside of hotel rooms which was very noisy. The door slamming of those room really very annoying. Can you put some soft cushioning to slow down the door as it closes so to avoid slam.

The location is perfect, very convenience. There is a step down to hall way when you walk out from your room I almost fall couple times. Should have some warning sign like" watch your step down" inside the room door.

Good Location but room cleaning lacking.
We only stayed for one night. The hotel is conveniently located around eateries and easy access to highway. Therein lies the problem of noise from the highway which was just below our hotel room. The room was not well cleaned as there was a container of leftover food from the last guest. Room cleaning should always check the refrigerator and remove all leftovers. Otherwise, the hotel suited our requirements well.
