I was very happy with this location for my couple day stay in Kuala Lumpur. It is a short ride from almost all of the tourist attractions in the city. The room was very clean, the pool has an excellent view of the city, and it feels very safe as they have security in the lobby all the time which you need your key to access. Additionally, the property was quick to respond via whats app if we needed anything.

My last stay was not good. No where to find the Management team. No housekeeping done for the room.

Thank you for your feedback and I apologise for the less than stellar experience. Unfortunately, to keep our prices as low as possible, cleaning is done before and after a stay. Extra cleaning can always be requested as well and we do our best to accommodate our guests :)
