Limited dining. No wine in the restaurant. We left a little before 7am and there was no coffee,etc. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Beautiful property.
We love staying at Bangi Resort! The vibe is always so relaxed and peaceful, theres an awesome pool and gym and heaps of great dining options. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay and look after us so well. We love it, can't wait til the next visit!
Hotel in it's day would have been great, but listing as 5 star is further from the truth.
It is in need of repair which is clearly visible with wall paper etc coming away from walls.
The gardens are pretty but thaf was the only positive.
The hotel is too far out of city to see or do anything.
Food options are limited and as westerners were not catered for.
It’s a beautiful resort. The staff were very helpful. There were limited dining options available in August 2023 and they were overpriced. It is far from everything else so definitely need own transportation.

Property dining all closed until 7pm due to Ramadan. Westerners unable to order room service until 11pm. Pool got emptied after 3 days of us being there for maintenance. This hotel is overrated. Ran down, dirty, all restaurants closed. Coffee shop only open for 4hrs 12pm to 4pm. Shuttle bus non operational.
Does not cater for tourists unless you are local. Extremely disappointing and our kids were not able to eat anything. Too far from KL over 45min drive.
Loud every night from 7pm to 11pm due to hosting huge Ramadan dinners. Pool area is the only nice thing but when it was closed for maintenance we had no option but to check out 3 days earlier. Hotel not interested in refund or apology. We really felt singled out. Stay away people this hotel is hardly 3 stars. Never again

Love this resort, definitely staying here again. The staff is friendly and very honest. I left some money in my pants when I sent them to the laundry and the Housekeeping manager, Winnie personally brought my money back.

Overall is good. Very helpful and friendly staff. Just the hotel is bit run down, perhaps can do some upgrading, that's would be excellent. Like the swimming pool environment.
