Excellent hotel and staff…would stay again

Lovely hotel chain, beautifully decorated throughout, with comfortable bed and bedding. There is a small kitchen which was absolutely adequate for our short stay. Our studio room was overlooking the river with amazing views - I would definitely recommend this side rather than the city view. Great location, good breakfast, lovely room although the bed was a little too firm for us.

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Bathroom / shower was amazing. It’s central but there isn’t much immediately surrounding (more of a residential area) so it was a bit of a walk to the nightlife… but this meant it was very quiet in the hotel!

A well-appointed hotel in the centre of Berlin and within a short walk of many of Berlin's sights. Indeed, Checkpoint Charlie is only a couple of hundred metres away. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Great location, close by to numerous public transport links. Only a ten minute walk to Check Point Charlie and Potsdamer Platz. Very quiet rooms, quiet street. Really comfortable and warm rooms. Would definitely stay again, highly recommended.

Great value, cool decor, beautiful garden and superb location, but the aspect I want to focus on is the exceptional service and staff on duty on 16 and 17 August 2024. 1. Great hotel and good location

I spent a few days here and it was a great experience - friendly staff, spacious, well designed rooms and an atmosphere of calm throughout. The breakfast is excellent, and although understandably the buffet is out of service due to the current circumstances, the ease of ordering and presentation of the fantastic food more than makes up for this. What a beautiful hotel! Also very centrally located. The suite we stayed in was very clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom was amazing, with separate bath and shower. There was loads of storage space so you could keep everywhere looking tidy. They had the best hotel hairdryer I ever tried! Even had a kitchen area with fridge. We stayed at the Casa Campa for 3 nights in April for a city break. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they made us feel very welcome and were happy to give suggestions of places to visit or eat, also gave us a very handy map! The location is truly amazing being right next door to the Brandenburg gate. We had heard that this was a superb hotel to stay in and it was.

Staff could not do enough, consistently good. Hotel is connected to a multitude of public transport options, all within 2 minutes walk of the hotel. Do try and get the breakfast rate as it is excellent value, the range of options was enormous even a glass of bubbly with your breakfast. Hotel highly recommended for s luxury break.

Wonderful stay with ever so helpful staff (Santana). Clean rooms and hotel, very modern and comfy beds. Great location, walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.

Great hotel with super friendly and helpful staff

The property condition is excellent. Walkable from Spittelmarket railway station. The rooms were big enough and one of the best i stayed in Germany. Breakfast was good but repetitive and got bored by 4th day of stay. The staffs were excellent and very helpful. Many attractions are at a walkable distance, like check point Charlie.
