"We found the building easily and we felt very safe knowing that you needed the code/fob to get into the courtyard before the apartment and then again a code/fob before being able to get into the building. They allowed us to put our belongings in the apartment as we arrived before check in and allowed us to have a later check out. "Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, comfortable room and good breakfast. Housekeeping only every third day which would have been ok but was just making the bed and replacing towels - when we could have done with more coffee, toilet roll and a vacuum of the floor. But overall great and I would definitely stay again. "

"Very nice place to stay right on the market square. Had a suite and it was truly amazing, and very clean just like the rest of the establishment. Example one morning after breakfast, one of the staff was cleaning the elevator to include the mirror. Staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast was so delicious and freshly made. Ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was amazing and again staff was great. I would stay here again if I plan to go to Krakow again. "

"Nice boutique hotel just off the main square. Staff is friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is fresh and has good variety. Hot breakfasts are cooked to order. Tram line runs in the street outside the front door, which is convenient but noisy. Rooms at the back of the hotel only get a faint rumble.
