Apartment was really nice had everything needed. Knew that it wasn't at the address where the office is but was an 8minuet walk away which I didn't expect but reception added to Google maps did make it difficult for pre booked trips and stuff though and wasn't pleased have to walk around for with heavy bags after a long day travelling and photos make it look like you have view of the centre you don't. although checking in was fine as during day can imagine this been difficult if it was out of hours. Could have done with restock of towels, coffee etc as there 3 nights but just went and bought bits. Otherwise no complaints had a good spot in the end and managed to navigate and the room was very nice.

Fantastic location in Old Town Krakow. We had a 2 bedroom beautiful apartment including kitchen and living room, just amazing. It was spotless, we could control the temperature. Staff excellent. Only small negative was no elevator, climbing the stairs was a good work out! LOL Very happy I stayed here, no regrets.

We stayed in a lovely apartment on Studencka just 5-10 minutes walk from the main square and 3 minutes from the nearest tram stop. It had a huge bathroom, a spacious double bedroom and plenty of room in the open plan lounge/kitchen for the double sofa bed. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was even a little balcony with nice views.

Beautiful apartment hotel in the middle of Old To!

We stayed in the Golebia Street flats. The room was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved the location and having a small kitchen for breakfasts. We appreciated the big fan. We had excellent community with the check in desk which is at a different site. We were able to WhatsApp them to request more pillows and coffee. We took an Uber back to the airport and paid about 50 Zloty. We absolutely loved this hotel!

Would definitely stay here again

Before we even got there the communication was great and staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was in a brilliant location and was amazing, we loved it. Clean and had everything we needed, would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous!

My family and I stayed here for a week. We arrived a day late but Antique Apartments were very understanding. The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. Location was great, just outside the main shopping areas. Very secure and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Krakow trip

Pros: great location, close to restaurants, bars and the square, low price, easy check-in/check out process, has washing machine Cons: check-in is in a different location than where I stayed, getting in the apartment was difficult, I had to use 2 keys simultaneously to turn the lock and open it (never had to do that before when opening a door), the toilet makes a weird noise when I turn on the water in the sink, the hot water in the shower did not last long, and the tv did not work, it kept saying no signal. Overall my stay was okay for the price.

We chose this property due to its location-right in the heart of old town. I would not stay again due to uncomfortable bed and sparsely provided bedding - a singular, thin pillow and lumpy mattress pad. The entry door is next to a bar, which always had smokers sitting at the table puffing clouds of smoke as we walked in our out.

Perfect

2 night stay with no complaints. Check-in easy and apartment ready early. Exceptionally clean with everything we needed. We had a 3 bed apartment with the main beds cabin style with steep ladder access, would not have been suitable for anyone with mobility issues which didn’t affect us but maybe worth knowing when booking. Central location, 5 minute walk to main square, loads to do in the immediate vicinity. Would recommend.
