This hotel was perfect for us. Easy walking distance from train station and only 7-8 minute walk to Old Town Square. The rooms were clean and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. Breakfast was exceptional with continental and cooked options as well as fruit, cakes, salads and jellies. All Staff were very friendly and helpful. Exceptional effort to theme the hotel for halloween.

Excellent hotel
We had a fabulous stay at the Golden Tulip. The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable and friendly. Lots of attention to detail and very helpful staff. Great location to the square. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend.

Good city break hotel
The hotel was very nice but the bed mattress was too hard for me but then I did have a bad back at the time so might b ok for others. The breakfast was another level very extensive choice and lots of it regularly replenished. Reception staff very helpful and bar service very good. It’s also very quiet at night. Would definitely use and recommend this hotel.

Great location
The hotel in ideally located. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast. My only criticism would be the beds weren’t comfortable with one cushion not a pillow and a very light weight duvet that was totally inadequate for November as it was -2 outside. I would normally expect more from a 4* hotel

Lovely hotel and staff
We had a really lovely stay, the staff were so friendly and very helpful. Everything was very clean too. Breakfast was really nice and there was a large variety of things to have. The only thing to complain about was that we booked a room with a queen bed and we got two singles pushed together. Bit annoying but didnt ruin our experience.

It was really bad the room was like a prison room because was top floor selling was very low.breakfast was not good at all because was not many choices this hotel never like 4 stars hotel and will never stay there again even for free .by the way room was full of flights..I’m really sad about my stay in this hotel because I didn’t enjoy it.thanks

Stayed here with my husband for a short weekend. Hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly. Great location as it’s only around the corner from the Main Square. My only quibble is that when we came back to the hotel in the evening the room wasn’t cleaned.

Lovely stay
Nithing was too much trouble, able to check innearlier than planned and even tried to find us an european adapter as we'd forgotten ours. We asked for extra pillows during our stay too. Breakfast was a simple buffet type which was nice. We had a late flight and check out was noon but they stowed our bags away. The only thing that let them down was the bar wasn't open, but i think this was merely because of the pandemic.

Super service and location
We were checked in quickly and efficiently by Agnieta with a nice smile. Throughout our stay, she and all the others on reception were always more than helpful. Hotel is in a great location of Krakow in the atmospheric old Jewish quarter of Kazimierz. It's approximately 20 minutes walk to the old town. Hotel is located in a quiet location.

Hotel is in a great location to the main square. It is in a quiet area so no noise disturbance. Staff are very polite, and helpful. Hotel is very clean and rooms very comfortable

Golden Tulip Hotel
We found the location of the hotel to be really good and we were able to walk around and sightsee from here fairly easily (with the exception of the travelling trips). The room was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of choice at breakfast. The hotel was a good base for us and the bonus being that we could leave our cases there after check out with having a late flight home.

Avoid!
This property is NOWHERE close to a 4 star hotel. The room was dark and grim, dark colours everywhere. The very high ceiling makes the room impossible to warm up, I was constantly cold. The mattress was uncomfortable so were the pillows. The breakfast was ok at best. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the staff were very professional and friendly. I am traveling a lot and would rate the property two and half stars, any Ibis style hotel is a much better choice. Would never stay here again or in any Golden Tulip properties. Avoid.

The hotel was in a quiet area very close to old town main square, a short walk and you had bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. The staff at the hotel spoke fantastic English and someone was always on reception to answer our queries. My partner accidentally left his passport in our room after checking out, they retrieved it for us and arranged a taxi to bring it to the airport, we are so grateful for this as wouldn’t have been able to get home. Would throughly recommend the Golden Tulip and will definitely stay again when visiting Krakow

Really nice hotel. Great staff. Great location just a couple of minutes from the main square. Breakfast was really good and plenty to eat. Room was clean and tidy. Only slight improvement would be there was no milk for coffee and tea and you only got one tea and coffee each. But we bought some milk so not a big deal really. Great stay and lovely free cookies at the reception every day to try. Nice touch was the free flavoured water also at reception.

Would book again!
We stayed two nights here. The old town city center was extremely close to the hotel and made it easy to find bars and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful when our bags didn’t show up on time. They even brought them directly to our room. Would visit again.
