The location was perfect. So close to shops and next to metro. The queen bed felt more like a double bed. Lots of space to store luggage. Fyi - BYO toiletries like wToothbrush, hairbrush and water etc. You have to pay additional for when you stay.

The staff are polite and very accommodating. Always asking if the room needs cleaning and if there's anything that I needed. The breakfast was adequate and had great options (hot and cold). The hotel is popular and there was a wait at check-in. I wish the lobby had more seating.

We had a lovely 3 night stay in the hotel. It was clean and quiet, awesome pillows. The breakfast brunch had lots of choices and good coffee. Our late night flight back to Canada was cancelled so we headed back to the Kowloon Hotel at 5 am to see if they had 2 rooms we could book. The hotel was full but we got a room for the following night. We had been up for close to 30 hours, the desk clerk was very kind and allowed us into the upgraded rooms at 1030.
