The toilet paper is pity. Always not enough. The mattress spring is not so good. The pillows are to soft and there is only 3 pillows in a room.The location is rather deep inside. The road to the hotel is dark and bumpy.

Pros: - Spacious room - Very clean hotel & room - Hotel restaurant certified halal by jakim - Good value for the price u pay Cons: - Hotel location quite far away from the main road; the way to the hotel is quite confusing - Housekeeping was quite late in cleaning the room

Complete facilities with affordable prices.
Everything is perfect. I was welcome by a friendly staff that know about my booking. The hotel also have their own cafe. the room was big for family room & have complete facilities. Also have a safety box which is good for long stay traveler. it just perfect. everything perfect.

Check in was great. Hotel staff nice and helpful. Room was not as nice as advertised. Bathroom has leak on the floor from toilet bowl when toilet is flushed. Maintenance was prompt to check but leak was not resolved. Did not bother to change room as it was late and only one night stay. Will nit recommend others to stay.

We didnt stay that much to the hotel bec we climbed mt kinabalu but i can say that the staff are friendly and accommodating it's worth the price

Nice n have a safety carpark
The room is quite big n very comfort. We also can see our car from our room n their carpark had a bright spotlight that make us feel safety about our car

Poor wifi, overwise okay
As my room was at the far corner, the wifi reception was bad (cannot even find the wifi at first, then it keeps disconnecting) and the karaoke at the next block was just loud throughout late night. But overall, quite a pleasant stay alone.

Big room, but poor design.
We arrived late at night having a family room booked for 4 people. The room was very hot and there was no bedding for the 3rd bed. Went down to reception and requested sheets for the bed and the person there did not understand what sheets were. I tried to explain and said I would just wait for them, as we were all very tired and had to get up very early the next morning. I was repeatedly to they would be brought up to me. It didn't matter what I requested. Two men cam to the room to see what I needed since they did not know what sheets were. They brought a blanket and had to go back for sheets. Eventually the room cooled off, but it took awhile. The bathroom was big, but it had a huge picture window which looked into the bedroom. Although there was a curtain, the bathroom light lit up the bedroom, making it very difficult for anyone to sleep while the bathroom light was on. Horrible design. We all got very little sleep and we're off early the next morning - too early to try the breakfast.

Good hotel for early flight from KK
We stayed for one night at the Plutatan Platinum hotel. It was a comfortable hotel, fairly modern. Breakfast was ok. It was very close to and handy for the airport in Kota Kinabalu.

Best value hotel in Putatan for the price
Overall im really pleased with my stay in this hotel. In the surrounding you would be able to find lots of eateries and the Giant grocery store is nearby too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Putatan. The price is very reasonable, plus it's a new hotel too, very comfortable beds.

Massive traffic jams alert!
One thing that I didn't like about this stay is the neighborhood. It's located in a highly populated area of Kota Kinabalu and very busy at peak hours. However, I must complement the good and fast service!

離機場很近很方便 如果是要隔天凌晨的飛機前一晚可以住在這 飯店沒有提供晚餐 附近沒有什麼東西可以吃 交通也不太方便 網路不好app叫車會有問題 我們當時是請飯店櫃檯幫忙叫車到機場 櫃檯人員服務還不錯很願意幫忙
