"I had originally thought I was booking a hotel that didnt cater for families and was a bit surprised when we arrived. However it has been the best hotel experience of my life. The staff were unbelievably accommodating and friendly. The food was good. They cleaned everything everyday. All cups and cutlery were shrink-wraped. All linen was changed every day. The property was so safe. Initially i thought the lock in was odd but it was just an added precaution and added privacy that no 2 customers...

"I loved the location and the staff. the beds were very nice as well, my only complaint is the ladder to get to the bunkbeds, having 2 ladders for 4 beds was uncomfortable."
