They did a good job in the shower area's ventilation. Just it's a bit inconvenient, especially for female guests, all the shower rooms are located at 1/F, all guests (both males and females) have to walk through the public lounge/living area in order to take the shower. Yet, understand that it might be a "structural" issue for the architecture. Also, the location of the hostel was inside a residential district. Slightly far away from the metro/subway station (with slopes).
