We travelled with 2 adults and 1 child age 10 years. Site states family friendly with a pool. But kids age 12 and under not allowed to use the pool. Also, you need to pay around 2000 yen per person per day to use it. Would not have booked this knowing hotel would charge for use and no kids allowed. ##### Katherine Stayed 2 nights in Sep 2023 ### 4/10 Poor #### Beth 1 Oct 2023 Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities Not family friendly - the hotel do not let under 12's use the pool. This was our main reason for selecting the hotel so was a huge disappointment.
