This was our second stay at Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka, which we chose again for its convenient location, access to transportation, and helpful staff. We enjoyed using the lap pool, but there is a separate fee for this as well as the spa facilities.

Huge hotel but quite organized. Very pleasant and courteous staff. Cleaning crew are efficient. Perfect location beside the Kintetsu Station. Shuttle bus direct to both airports. To Kansai, 1,800 yen.

The service is top notched. The location is good . Kintesu line and mall just besides the hotel. Direct bus limousine from Kansai. 1800yen for adult and 900 yen for kids. Have been here 3 times for holidays over the past 15 years.

Comfortable Stay

We love hotel and we have been staying in this hotel for years whenever we visit as it’s away from the busy tourist crowd with only 3 stops to namba station. Uenomachi station is convenient to move around with direct train to Kyoto and Nara. The hotel is linked to a small mall with food and supermarket. Hotel was kind and offered to upgrade us to a junior suite during our 8 nites stay. It’s indeed a comfortable trip for me and my husband.

Thank you for the great hospitality! Room was clean and service was great! Received a complimentary cookies as a honeymoon gift from the hotel. We topped up for the international buffet breakfast and it was great! I personally like the Japanese station for the buffet breakfast. It is also convenient as there is an airport shuttle just outside the hotel which will bring you straight to Kansai international airport. Thank you Sheraton!

The staff was amazing! We travelled with 2 adults and 1 child age 10 years. Site states family friendly with a pool. But kids age 12 and under not allowed to use the pool. Also, you need to pay around 2000 yen per person per day to use it. Would not have booked this knowing hotel would charge for use and no kids allowed.
