The staff were lovely, the room was quite spacious and although the restaurant was not operational there are plenty of dining options around the station which do some lovely breakfasts and dinners. The hotel is a bit far from train stations, but it is situated between a metro station and a JR station. It is more of an apartment style hotel, equipped with an electric stove and you can ask the front desk to book kitchen equipment to use. Had the best stay here at Hotel Shinpoin. The customer service is amazing. They really go above and beyond to help. We had a lovely lady help us with luggage forwarding service. Easy and simple, all the paperwork etc done within minutes. A very eco friendly hotel, rooms have a sink and cooking area with a working fridge. Dishes and dish cleanser is provided to avoid use of single use plastic. Very clean hotel room, comfortable, bathrooms are spacious and very clean.
