Ruhiges Ferienhaus mit Terrasse

Nestled in the peaceful village of Rhena, just 5 km west of Korbach, this spacious 80 sq. m. holiday home offers a relaxing retreat in the heart of the Diemelsee Nature Park. Surrounded by the forested foothills of the Rothaar Mountains, it’s the perfect base for hiking, cycling, or simply enjoying the quiet natural setting. With its private entrance, sunny terrace, and natural garden, this home provides comfort and seclusion for your stay.

The property spans 1,300 sq. m. and is ideal for families. Children can enjoy the garden's play equipment, a small stream, and a bonfire area, while adults can unwind in the orchard or explore the nearby woodland. Just 2 km away, Börmighäuser Lake invites you to swim or relax by the water. A playground is only 80 m from the house, and local pubs can be reached within a short 200 m walk.

Adventure and day trips are right around the corner, visit the summer toboggan run, ropes course, or swimming pool with sauna nearby. For winter fun, the Willingen ski resort is just a short drive away. Nature lovers will enjoy excursions to the lakes Diemelsee (14 km), Twistesee (23 km), or Edersee (20 km), each offering scenic views and activities year-round.

It is a lovely house in a beautiful area. The managers are very nice people, and we have peace and quiet. The apartment is attached to their own house, but you notice very little of it. There are enough toys available for children aged 11 months and 3 years. There are plenty of walking routes in the area and otherwise there is plenty to do within a maximum 1 hour drive! If it were up to us, we would come here more often in the future

Good and clean house to stay, kitchen is small. A bit more room for cutting something is possible. But its no problem in the end. Not much to do in the village but everything is in a 10/15 minute drive. The host is very fine, the kids loved her. Probably coming back.

Wir waren zu 3 im schönen Häuschen am Goddelsberg. Hier hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben gute Tipps wenn man unterwegs sein möchte. Der kleine Bach im Garten ist beruhigend und abends, wenn es keine Wolken gibt, kann man wunderbar die Sterne beobachten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Prachtige omgeving, aardige eigenaren en ruim appartement met mooie tuin! Heerlijke appeltjes uit de tuin, een stromend beekje en goede uitvalsbasis voor diverse wandelroutes door het gebied. Op 10 minuten rijden zitten in Korbach diverse winkels en restaurants.

Es war ein ganz toller und entspannter Urlaub. Im Garten hat man das Gefühl, im Paradies zu sein. Für Kinder gab es einen Bolzer/Spielplatz fußläufig und vor Ort schöne Spielsachen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fijn dat we toch hartelijk welkom waren in Corona tijd.

Leuke wandelroutes direct vanuit het huisje en Korbach leuke stad met mooi historische altstad en het Museum daar ook zeker een aanrader.

Heel gastvrije eigenaars, prachtige tuin vol bloemen, met schommel en beekje om pootje te baden. Speeltuin vlakbij in de straat. Heel veel mooie luswandelingen in de directe omgeving. Kortom, een zeer geslaagde vakantie in tijden van corona!

Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig am Waldesrand und verfügt über einen schönen Garten mit Bach und Schaukel für die Kinder. Die Gastgeber sind total freundlich und das Haus war super sauber. Wir waren sehr traurig wieder heim zu müssen. Die umliegenden Städte und Dörfer bieten viel Freizeitangebote im Sommer als auch in der kalten Jahreszeit. Mountainbike fahren , Reiten , Wasser Pfade , Wandern und vieles mehr. Wir wollen gern wieder kommen. Preis Leistung ist top.

Wat hebben we een pareltje gevonden! Huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en we hebben vooral heel erg genoten van de prachtige tuin. Rustige ligging aan de rand van het dorp. Eigenaren zijn heel aardig en gunnen je alle privacy. De tuin hadden we eigenlijk steeds voor onszelf, zij zitten op het balkon boven. De kinderen hebben 2 weken heel veel met water gespeeld, mochten gebruik maken van 2 stepjes en binnen was ook voldoende speelgoed. Omgeving is erg leuk, met de skilift de berg op in Willingen is leuk. Dagje Edersee met kasteel, stuwdam en aquapark. Qua strand vonden wij de Diemelsee geweldig. Boodschappen en eten deden we in Usseln. Topvakantie gehad!
